Sound healing refers to the intentional use of sound and vibration to support relaxation, awareness, and nervous system regulation.
In practice, it involves live acoustic instruments such as gongs, crystal singing bowls, and monochord, played in a structured way to create continuous sound environments that allow the body to settle into deeper rest.

A sound bath is a group-based sound experience where participants are immersed in continuous sound for an extended period of time.
Rather than actively doing something, you lie or sit comfortably while being surrounded by layered tones and vibrations that support relaxation, presence, and inward attention.
-
Sound-based sessions support the nervous system by creating a stable and continuous auditory environment that the body can respond to.
Resonant tones and sustained frequencies can help shift the system from a more activated state toward deeper relaxation, supporting recovery, clarity, and overall regulation.
