An entire night held by the sound of the gongs.
What would it feel like to fall asleep surrounded by sound?
Spend a night resting to the live sound of gongs. During this overnight concert, also known as a Gong Puja, three gong players take turns playing gently and continuously through the night.
Lie down comfortably on your mattress, settle under your blanket, and listen as the sounds slowly unfold. You’re welcome to meditate, drift between waking and sleeping, or simply rest. There is no need to stay awake or follow any particular practice.
Unlike a shorter sound journey, this extended format gives you a whole night to experience the changing tones, textures and resonances of the gongs, at your own pace. No previous experience with meditation or sound journeys is needed.
